Zion White Bison exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness of the accommodations were impressive - from fresh smelling towels to the incense in the bathroom - it was perfect! The outdoor kitchen was high quality, clean and gave us an outdoor experience with all of the luxuries. We cannot say enough nice things about our stay. Truly wished we could’ve stayed longer!

TIPIS
Experience our climate-controlled tipi’s that sit on the edge of a pond. Enjoy a comfortable king size bed, waterfall shower, loft, and a skylight where the smoke would traditionally leave the tipi to view the night sky. Each tipi has a private outdoor kitchen, fire pit and hot tub.
COVERED WAGONS
Zion White Bison’s Resorts deluxe covered wagons will provide you a western experience with luxurious touches such as: king or queen beds, full baths with walk-in showers, central heating and cooling and an outdoor kitchen.

BOOKING FOR WINTER QUESTIONS
Q: Is there heat in the unit?
A: Yes, each unit has heat/AC
Q: Are you open year round?
A: Yes, we are open year round. Because we have heat/AC in each unit, you can enjoy the Winter months as well.
Q: What is the temperature at the park?
A: Temperature at the park from Dec-Feb are around the mid to upper 50’s low’s at night 30-40.
Q: Do I need to bring wood for the fire pit?
A: No need to bring wood for a fire, all of our fire pits and BBQ grills are gas.
WAGON
Q: There is a bathroom in the wagon.. right?
A: Yes, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink in every unit
Q: Is there a refrigerator?
A: Yes, there is a refrigerator in all of the units, however for the units that have outdoor kitchens, the refrigerator is located in the kitchen. Only certain units have kitchens, they are not for use by everyone. They are wagon specific.
Q:Should I bring extra blankets?
A: We do provide blankets on the beds and heaters in the wagons and blankets to use by the fire, but you can always bring you own if you would like.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Only one pet is allowed in each designated unit ( #21, #22, #24, #30, #31 Wagons – #36 Tipi). Behaved pets are welcome, all others are not.
TIPI
Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Yes, there are 2 parking lots by the Tipi’s and wagons. One in the Southeast corner and one in the Northeast corner. We allow one car per reservation at no charge, but there is a fee for each car over the one car.
Q: How many can fit (sleep) in the Tipi?
A: The Tipi can sleep 6, Each unit has one King bed on the main floor and 1 futon in the loft of each unit. Some units have an additional futon or sleeper chairs in the living area on the ground floor. The loft can sleep 2 adults or 3-4 small children. There is room on the floor by the bed to add provided sleeping mats as well.
Q: Are there beds in the loft?
A: Yes there is a futon bed in the loft as well as sleeping mats.
Q: Should I bring sleeping bags?
A: We supply the linens, blankets and pillows for the sleeping mats. The Tipi’s are heated, but you can bring your own blankets or sleeping bags if you would like.
